Butterfly Knoves Weapon Course

These beautiful but deadly double weapons are among the most rare Chinese weapons. The form involves wielding the two beautifully crafted curved blades in unison. The resulting movement resembles that of a butterfly, hence the name, and is designed to distract an opponent thus creating an opening to use one of the many deadly strikes contained in the form. The practising of this form will improve flexibility in the legs, dexterity in the wrists and coordination throughout the whole body.

The course is open to all Nam Yang members who have already learned the Tan Tow.

It will encompass:

•  Learning the routine in its entirety.

•  Coaching on the performance of the routine.

•  Principles and applications of the butterfly knives

•  Legalities of owning and practising with weapons.

Cost:   £78.00 (£88.00 if paid on day) (This will include the Butterfly Knives and case, 8 hours tuition and certificate)
