Nunchuck Weapon Course

Nunchuck Course

Half Term Holiday, May 2008.

‘Nunchucks' or ‘rice flails' were made famous by Bruce Lee in his films ‘Enter The Dragon' and ‘Way Of The Dragon'. Since then they have never failed to capture the imagination of aspiring martial artists.

Our holiday course will teach the basics of nunchuck use, including a routine, with the aid of foam rubber ‘safety chucks' – specially designed and manufactured so as to be incapable of causing injury, particularly to the user!

Our summer holiday course will:

  ☺train concentration, co-ordination and dexterity

  ☺emphasise discipline

  ☺include a safety talk for children and safety notes for parents

☺lead on to more advanced training

The course will cost £36.00 (£46.00 if paid on the day). This will include:

☺one pair of foam rubber safety chucks for safe practise;

☺6hrs tuition covering basic techniques, a routine and simple fighting application / sparring;
☺safety / legal notes;
