Partner Sparring Set Course

This course is open to all those who have completed the Sum Chien grading.

This course will cover two sparring sets. The first is the most basic and covers all the basic blocks used in our art. The second builds on the first and also encompasses some more advanced blocks and attacks.

The learning and practising of these routines will aid conditioning of the arms, timing of attacks and blocks and coordination of the upper and lower body.

It will encompass the following:

•  Learning the first and second sparring sets in their entirety

•  Coaching on conditioning the body.

•  Coaching on performance of the routines.

•  Application of the techniques learned in the routines.

The course will cost £30.00 if paid in advance, £40.00 if paid on the day.

Venue:   Martial Arts Centre, Alexandra Park, Epsom, KT17 4BN

Times:   1.30-6.00pm (Includes 30 minute break)

Dates:   Part 1: Saturday 14 th June Part 2: Saturday 21 st 2008.
