Self Development Through Shaolin Martial Arts

Sanda Seminar - Portsmouth

San Da Seminar

We are holding a San Da seminar in Portsmouth on the 5th May at 1- 4pm.

The seminar is open to all Nam Yang members of all abilities. The seminar will cover: -

Basic techniques: punching, kicking and throwing
Use of a guard
Visualisation
Defending against a throwing technique
Counter throwing
Movement work
Awareness
Utilising the strengths of the Tiger Crane in San Da
Sparring

The seminar will be delivered by James Annable, the Instructor for the Portsmouth sub branch, with the assistance of Victor Williams, Nick Evagorou and others.

If you would like to come along please ensure that you eat and sleep well in the few days before. If you come with a hangover you will be sorry.

The location of the seminar is: Priory School, Fawcett Road, Southsea, PD4 0DL

The cost will be £10.
