Self Development Through Shaolin Martial Arts

The 'Sun Frost White Crane' Art or 'Shuang Yang Pei Ho'

Shuang Yang Pei Ho is a refined art, a long sequence of soft gentle exercises similar to the Tai Chi which the Chinese love to perform in the parks in the early morning. It calms the mind and relaxes the body whilst developing flexibility, depth of breathing and good circulation. It also exercises the body's flow of vital energy ('chi') thus improving health and speeding the body's recovery from illness and injury. The gentle nature of this exercise allows the elderly and unfit to benefit fully from it.

Shuang Yang Pei Ho
Shuang Yang Pei Ho is a wonderful form of exercise that is similar to Tai Chi and like it is a great way of preserving health and vitality into our later years.

Shaolin Tiger-Crane Kung Fu students are encouraged to practice the art as it greatly aids relaxation, whilst exercising the body in a deep and comprehensive manner. The technique represents the highest form of Shaolin martial science.
